Subpoena Stephen Miller on day one of the new Congress

To: Sen. Kelly, Sen. Gallego, Rep. Stanton

From: A constituent in Chandler, AZ

November 6

Stephen Miller becomes White House Chief of Staff on November 9, 2026. He has never been elected, never been confirmed by the Senate for any of the jobs he has held in this White House, and never testified under oath about Minneapolis, Palantir or his immigration orders. As Homeland Security Advisor he directed the Minneapolis enforcement operation in which federal agents killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti; ten months later no one has been charged, and Renee Good's family has sued him personally. A watchdog, Public Citizen, reports that about $1.4 million in stock sales from his children's accounts are not explained by his ethics filings. I am asking you to commit publicly, now, that Congress will subpoena Stephen Miller to testify under oath when the new Congress convenes in January.
