I’m outraged that the Trump administration is pushing us into war with Venezuela. They’ve escalated military pressure and taken over Venezuela without a clear plan for transitioning power. All without authorization from Congress. We do not want another endless war. We do not want more violence where US servicemembers and civilians are put in danger, just to serve Trump and his Big Oil cronies. Congress has the duty to reassert its war powers. Please vote for the War Powers Resolution to say NO to war. We’re counting on you to stand up to Trump and put a check on his power grab immediately. His next targets include Greenland, Columbia and Cuba. This must stop.
