Demention Donny we are done with this. On “Deadline: White House” Nicole Wallace called out Trump’s “quiet, piggy” remark and related attacks as part of a long‑running pattern of demeaning women journalists whenever they ask unwelcome questions, questioning the silence of others in the room at the times of these verbal attacks, stressing that this behavior must remain shocking rather than normalized. These all occurred in in the last 30 days: November 9, 2025: During a gaggle, Trump berates April Ryan and Abby Phillip, reviving earlier patterns of calling their questions “stupid” and suggesting they are unqualified, in an exchange widely cited as part of his long‑running hostility toward women in the press. November 16, 2025: On a tarmac in Palm Beach, he clashes with a Bloomberg reporter, snapping “You are the worst” after she presses him on a controversial interview involving Nick Fuentes. November 18, 2025: In the Oval Office, Trump turns on ABC’s Mary Bruce when she tries to ask about Epstein, calling her a “terrible reporter” and suggesting ABC should lose its license. “Piggy,” “ugly,” and the escalation Around November 17–18, 2025: On Air Force One, he points at Bloomberg’s Catherine Lucey and tells her “Quiet. Quiet, piggy,” a remark that draws significant backlash and is highlighted by CBC and PEN America as an example of gendered harassment. November 20, 2025: Press‑freedom advocates note that in the span of about a week he has escalated his “assault on journalists” with childish and gendered insults, particularly against women reporters. November 26, 2025: In a Truth Social post, Trump attacks New York Times White House correspondent Katie Rogers over a story about his aging, calling her a “third‑rate reporter” and “ugly, both inside and out,” which outlets like Time, NBC and CBS describe as part of a barrage at female journalists. December 6, 2025: Trump posts a Truth Social rant calling CNN’s Kaitlan Collins “stupid and nasty,” prompting on‑air and social‑media defenses from colleagues including Jake Tapper. December 8, 2025: During a White House event, he responds to a question from ABC’s Rachel Scott about releasing video of a controversial Venezuelan boat strike by calling her “the most obnoxious reporter in the whole place,” then repeating that she is a “terrible” and “obnoxious” reporter.
