As a Veteran used by a deceitful administration to fight an illegal war, I think it is time to return some powers to the People. The only recourse we have to prevent more illegal aggression by the US government is to amend the Constitution. I call to amend the Constitution thusly: The Executive may only deploy the armed forces if supported by a 3/4ths Vote of the Citizenry to begin combat operations. All citizens voting in favor of armed conflict also agree to serve in said conflict, waiving any service disqualifiers. Voters for any conflict must serve for the duration of the conflict unless wounded in direct combat with the adversary. I believe this step is necessary due to the past 3 Administrations have engaged in illegal wars to the detriment of our Nation. Thank you for your Service
