Since I last wrote, I have noticed that two of the three things that every person would vote for has proven me right. Trump removed marijuana off schedule one... Eliminating daylight savings passed unanimously! The third item is to eliminate the electoral college. The person who gets the most votes, wins. No gerrymandering. One vote will actually be one vote as opposed to one vote put in a pool for points. A recent Gallup poll showed that 45% of US adults identify as politically independent. 27% identify strictly as members of the Democratic Party. Republicans: 27% identify strictly as members of the Republican Party. It's important for Congress to recognize that there are more un-affiliated voters than there are Dems or Republicans. Please keep in mind that Independent voters vote for the PERSON not the PARTY. The people are crying for newness. Dems need to open their gates wide and let the labels fall away. After all, there’s crooked people in every walk of life. Thank you for your service.
