Please read and show this headline on the floor of your chamber from the New York Times today “Chinese Universities Surge in Global Rankings as U.S. Schools Slip”. This is not American Strength. The Administration and their constituents are systematically destroying our institutions, the institutions that have kept our status as a world power. Students of history have seen empires fall. It is getting closer and closer to our time. How relevant is the UK, Portugal, Italy/Rome? We will be a world relic if we continue on this path. Make the other party realize this! Make America realize this!
