I'm writing in opposition to the SCREEN Act, the KIDS Act, and KOSA. The SCREEN Act is specifically designed to promote financial discrimination against creators who depend on anonymity, safety and independence to pay their bills. The SCREEN act would open the door to state-sanctioned financial discrimination on the grounds of 'preventing access for the sake of children'. Both KIDS and KOSA force invasive and insecure age verification, which is increasingly unpopular. Oppose the upcoming package in full.
