I know the Senate is negotiating a FISA re-authorization bill right now and I want to be very clear: I oppose a “clean” re-authorization. FISA Section 702 must be reformed to close the data broker loophole and stop the warrantless searches. Without those changes the Senator must vote no. Thanks.
