Launch a formal investigation into Attorney General Todd Blanche. The evidence of criminal and ethical misconduct is stacking up fast, and it demands a serious response. Start with the crypto conflict. Blanche owned between $159,000 and $485,000 in digital assets, pledged to avoid any "direct and predictable effect" on those holdings, and then on April 7, 2025, dismantled the National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team and redirected DOJ away from active crypto prosecutions. The market jumped. His assets got more valuable. Martha Stewart went to federal prison for far less. On top of that, 101 former federal and state judges filed a 69-page bar complaint against him in New York on June 22, 2025, alleging a pattern of abuse of DOJ authority, conflicts of interest, and disregard of court orders. Then, just last week, he turned DOJ's own disciplinary machinery against the entire active federal district bench in Minnesota for judges who publicly defended judicial independence — conduct that legal experts say plainly does not violate judicial ethics canons.
