Please oppose SB 244. This extreme and hastily modified bill is an absolute breach of trust without input from everyday Kansans. This bill tramples on the basic human rights and dignity of our taxpaying trans/nonbinary citizens. It creates a toxic atmosphere of "gender policing" for all Kansans and visitors to our state, and is frankly, bad for business, especially private businesses. Please stop the hate against trans people and oppose furthering this extreme bill.
