n Citizens. Right now American Samoans are American Nationals — but NOT America American Samoans carry USA Passports, and pay Federal Taxes including Social Security. When living on The American Mainland Am. Samoans CAN'T serve on court juries, and CANNOT vote in Federal Elections, NOR State Elections, NOR in the major ity of Local Elections either. Right now American Samoans AREN'T full American Citizens, they're legally speaking Second Class Nationals, and that must change right now. American Samoans need to be immediately given their full American Citizenship, with all the rights & responsibilities.
