As a constituent, I am writing today to ask you to support and co-sponsor the Supreme Court Ethics Recusal and Transparency Act. This bill would hold runaway courts and court nominees accountable for their alliances with certain organizations. The Supreme Court lacks it's own checks and balances and as a result America has suffered at the hands of a president and his cabinet that is largely uninterested in following the Constitution. The Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation has had its hands in the selection of judges for too long. With the SCERT Act, we can prevent tragedies like this from happening because of Christian Nationalist courts l. Largely, this has long been neglected for years, and it's time to fix the workings of the rational basis Court.
