I am very concerned about the President’s attempt to nationalize law enforcement in the District of Columbia. This seems to me to be part of a larger pattern of centralizing power in the Executive Branch. Please do what is necessary to protect our democracy for the resident of the District. They are citizens and should have their rights protected.
