Uphold due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia's case

The Trump administration's actions in the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia are deeply concerning and seem to violate principles of due process that are foundational to our legal system. Deporting Abrego Garcia to an infamous Salvadoran prison without legal justification or proper procedures sets a dangerous precedent of disregarding the rule of law. Credible reports indicate Abrego Garcia has no criminal record and there is no evidence substantiating claims that he is a gang member or terrorist. Despite this, the administration has made inflammatory accusations to justify their actions after admitting it was an "administrative error" to deport him in the first place. The Supreme Court has ruled that the administration must facilitate Abrego Garcia's return from El Salvador so his case can properly proceed. However, officials have openly defied this order, suggesting they are above the law when it comes to immigration enforcement. This flagrant disregard for the judiciary and due process undermines the system of checks and balances. I urge you to take immediate action to rein in this abuse of power and ensure the Trump administration complies with the Court's directive to bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States. Allowing this violation of his constitutional rights to stand erodes the very democratic principles our nation was founded upon. The separation of powers and rule of law must be upheld to preserve justice and freedom for all Americans.
