Impeach Chief Justice John Roberts

To: Sen. Armstrong, Rep. Brecheen, Sen. Lankford

From: A constituent in Kingston, OK

October 23

Investigate and impeach Chief Justice John Roberts. His 2013 ruling in Shelby County v. Holder gutted the Voting Rights Act by ending federal preclearance, declaring that "our country has changed." By October 2026, a single Texas county had closed 92 Election Day polling places. The country had not changed enough. Roberts has also presided over a Court rocked by undisclosed donor relationships and serious ethics violations, and his response was an unenforceable, self-policing code of conduct. That is not leadership. That is cover. Congress has the constitutional authority to act, and the moment to use it is now.
