I’m going to be positive a when we take back the house and senate one of the first issues that should be addressed is reforming the Supreme Court. - Term limits that are retroactive to January 1, 2006 or affective immediately. - implementing strong ethics rules equal to what the rest of the judiciary system uses. - increase the number of justices to 13 to equal the number of regional appeals courts. Allowing 2 justices to be appointed in 2029 and 2 more in 2034. - replacing justices as they reach their term limits. -investigating those justices that have violated ethics rules and impeaching or fining justices There is much more that needs to be accomplished to ensure this type of regime can never occur again.
