ICE has become an out-of-control goon squad using violence and brutality — dragging people out of homes, work places and cars with no justification — and people are dying as a result. Congress created ICE. Congress funds ICE. Congress must stop funding ICE/DHS and subpoena evidence, require testimony under oath, and fully investigate to hold ICE accountable.
