It will usher in a dictatorship. It is time this Congress had a spine and stood up to fascism. BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HISTORY. Your No vote is NOT enough. Push your colleagues to vote NO. You know the country doesn't want this. Fight for our democracy with all you have.
