Thank you for all you do to protect our democracy. The health of our democracy depends on strong leaders who fight for the peaceful transfer of power, fo r checks and balances, and for civil liberties for all citizens. It also depends on leaders who are willing to step aside when their time is done. It is clear that President Biden lacks what is needed for a second term. I urge you to lend your voice to those who ask that President Biden step aside for another Democratic nominee. The stakes of this election are too high. President Biden does not have what it takes to beat Trump in November; a loss will spell the end of democracy a s we know it. President Biden has done tremendous things and has many successes to be proud of. But it is time for a new nominee. Again, thank you for all you do. Please make sure to do what you can to ensure our nation continues as a democracy.
