The gravity of this situation cannot be overstated. It has been 255 days since these illegal deportations took place, and only now are we learning the full extent of the administration's defiance. The fact that Judge Boasberg is seeking to revive criminal contempt proceedings against officials involved speaks volumes about the seriousness of this breach. I urge you to take immediate and decisive action. Secretary Noem must be held accountable for her actions. The appropriate response to such a flagrant violation of judicial authority is clear: impeachment, conviction, and removal from office. This is not a matter of political disagreement but a fundamental issue of respect for our constitutional system and the rule of law.
