I am extremely concerned about the Trump administration’s ongoing interference with our election systems. I ask that the Senator defend the integrity of our elections by publicly condemning the DOJ’s unlawful seizure of state voter records and Trump’s unconstitutional calls to nationalize the election. I am particularly worried about: - the call for armed UCE agents to be at the polls which will simply intimidate jawful voters - Trump's implementation of a "searchable national citizenship data base " to ensure only citizens are voting when there is next to no voting fraud and this will must likely be used to disenfranchise eligible voters - Trump's executive orders to ban mail- in voting and to require proof of citizenship when registering to vote. I realize SCOTUS has pretty much stuck down the mail in voting order but I am worried it still could get through. The requirement for proof of citizenship requires proof that most Americans don't have. Both are ways to supress the vote. Please do whatever you can to make sure the Midterm Elections are free and fair elections. Thank you.
