Noem, Hooman, ICE and CBP are still engaged in terrorizing the country. We don't fund foreign terrorists, why would we fund domestic ones? No money for DHS without real, provable reforms to immigration enforcement. ICE and the CBP have to follow the laws, Constitution, and the same standards of conduct as all the rest of the law enforcement agencies in the country. Keep DHS shut down until they recognize THEY work for US, not the other way around. Thank you for standing strong for the Constitution and rule of law. Republicans have abdicated their claimed position as the "law and order" party.
