I'm hearing rumors that you are planning to sneak the KOSA package into the defense budget bill being heard this month. As a voter, I find that behavior unfitting for a congressman. I will inform my friends, family and community about this poorly made decision. Also, I am aware of Congress's tendency to sneak midnight or late night/early morning votes on highly unpopular bills. Do not attempt these tricks, because they could very well cost you votes and donors. Thank you.
