I am writing today to make a suggestion about trade with other countries! I am disabled & do every bit on my shopping on line. I find it very difficult to find where the merchandise will be shipped from what country! I have on at least 5 occasions been stuck with merchandise that was not advertised! Just recently I was advised there would be no shipping charge, because of the amount I purchased. My receipt showed no shipping charge, but the receipt from PayPal showed an additional shipping charge! PayPal refused to credit the additional amount! Foreign companies often use one company name on their advertising & another name on their email & the name appears on the credit card receipt! This mostly happens when buying merchandise that is coming from China. They are mostly thieves! This is disgraceful! Please into producing a bill to protect consumers & possibly keep China from grifting us. 1. The bill should all companies to state where their merchandised & shipped from. 2. Companies cannot use pictures showing merchandise, must be actual & if not the company will be fined! 3. If the company use more than one company name, all names will be on their receipt & credit card receipt, emails! 4. All companies will offer return opportunities with money back guarantee to be completed with a set time! 5. All companies when the merchandise will be sent to shipper, when customer may expect delivery. 6. American credit card companies should have a obligation to make sure consumer gets their merchandise. The seller & credit card company have their money & the customer has nothing or has to wait for their maybe 2-3 months for their merchandise. Please look to pass laws to protect us from foreign grifter’s & the one in the White House!
