I am a donor to world Central kitchen, and I have been monitoring their updates about the situation in Gaza. Today's update email reports that they are o ut of supplies due to Israel, not allowing readily available supplies at the border into the country. I am writing to ask that you do everything you can to communicate the dire situation in Gaza. The fact that world Central kitchen, the last operating aid organization in Gaza, can no longer provide any services to people is disturbing and inhumane. The citizens of Gaza are not responsible for the actions of terrorist or governments. They are caught in the middle of the disagreement and politics of t he region. Innocent people deserve food and healthcare. The United States provides funding to Israel, and should pressure is real to change its stance on allowing aid into the country. I'm asking you as my rep resentative to do what you can to initiate or continue this pressure.
