I beg you to stop President Trump from accepting the “gift” of a plane from Qatar. This clearly presents a major security risk and a conflict of interest. This smells like a bribe and a self-serving one on many levels. He has an unending appetite for all things luxury. He’s not even asking for this plane for the country. He is asking for the taxpayers to pay to have this plane go through very expensive security examination and for it to be donated to his Presidential Library. Knowing his gall, he will continue to be using it after he leaves office. Other Presidents have not taken possession of Air Force One upon their retirement. From an ethical standpoint, it is a nightmare for this country. He’s already shown himself as one who tries to overthrow an election, incite a riot that resulted in not only property damage, but physical injuries and death to those sworn to protect. He’s a convicted felon who should have been held to the same standard of loss of privilege that ordinary citizens do. He has appointed a DOGE director unqualified to be making rash personnel decisions, and even more unqualified people to cabinet positions. Now that DOGE director is on the trip to countries where he has also compromising personal interest. Please exercise your rights constitutionally to Checks and Balances regarding Executive powers.
