I enjoyed the Dem Convention like many people in this country who were inspired and moved and ready to vote for Harris/Walz. However I was deeply disappointed that the Dems did not open the so-called Big Tent wide enough to allow even one Palestinian speaker on the podium. This was an enormous mistake - MORALLY and politically. Please count me among your constituents, and I assure you there are many of us, who are deeply disturbed by this symbolic failure as well as by our continuing support of the Israeli war effort in Gaza. There is no justice on this path. There is only tragedy - and there will be consequences. We are complicit in genocide. Netanyahu must be stopped, even the Israeli people want him stopped - and we are enabling him. It has to stop.
