We Want Justice for the Epstein Survivors NOW
To: Sen. Cornyn, Rep. Carter, Sen. Cruz, Pres. Trump
From: A constituent in Leander, TX
March 8
The American people are done waiting, and we are done accepting half-measures. The crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein were not the actions of a single individual. They were part of a vast criminal network built on wealth, power, intimidation, and systemic failure across multiple institutions. That network involved recruiters, enablers, associates, and powerful individuals who moved in Epstein’s orbit for years while young girls were trafficked and abused. Congress already recognized the gravity of this scandal when it passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act in November 2025 by an overwhelming bipartisan vote. That law was meant to ensure the full release of records held by the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation so the public could finally understand the scope of Epstein’s criminal enterprise. But transparency alone is not enough. Documents, names, and investigative leads mean nothing if Congress refuses to act on them. Anyone identified in the Epstein files as participating in, enabling, facilitating, or knowingly concealing the trafficking operation must be investigated immediately—regardless of their wealth, status, political power, or connections. The law must apply equally to everyone. If it does not, then it is not justice. This case represents one of the most grotesque failures of accountability in modern American history. For decades, Jeffrey Epstein operated openly among some of the most powerful people in the world while credible allegations of trafficking and abuse mounted. Prosecutorial decisions, sealed proceedings, and institutional inaction allowed him to evade full accountability for years. The American people deserve answers to questions that remain unresolved: • Who enabled Epstein’s trafficking network? • Who participated in it? • Who knew about it and failed to act? • Which prosecutors, officials, or agencies allowed this operation to continue despite clear warning signs? Congress has both the authority and the obligation to pursue these answers. I am demanding that Congress immediately: 1. Launch comprehensive investigations into every individual named in the Epstein investigative files. No one should be shielded from scrutiny because of political influence, wealth, or institutional connections. 2. Hold public oversight hearings examining the full scope of the Epstein network. Witnesses, investigators, prosecutors, and agency officials must testify under oath. 3. Subpoena all remaining documents, communications, flight logs, financial records, and investigative materials held by the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and any other federal agencies involved. 4. Refer evidence of criminal conduct for prosecution immediately. If the files reveal evidence of trafficking, exploitation, obstruction of justice, or conspiracy, those responsible must face criminal charges. This is not a partisan issue. It is a test of whether the rule of law still applies to the powerful. For too long, the Epstein scandal has been surrounded by secrecy, sealed records, and unanswered questions. Survivors have waited decades for the full truth to come to light. They deserve justice—not silence, not delay, and not selective accountability. Congress must demonstrate that no one in America is above the law. Investigate every name. Follow every lead. Hold every enabler accountable. Anything less will only confirm what millions of Americans already fear—that power and influence can still bury the truth. The country is watching. Act accordingly.
