Denial of Abrego-Garcia’s rights is an Impeachable offense

The Trump administration is now actively defying the Supreme Court, and is clearly engaged in a criminal conspiracy to deprive Kilmar Abrego-Garcia of his constitutional rights. This is an impeachable offense and a genuine constitutional crisis. This is a continued denial of the rule of law by a party that “claims” to be for “law and order” despite ignore the law again and again. There needs to be a multi-pronged pushback on all fronts against Trump’s fascist actions. Begin impeachment filings in the House. Hold hearings in the House and Senate. If the Republican/MAGA members of those bodies refuse to do the right thing, bring these matters to the people and get out and help lead the necessary mass protests. These are frightening times, and we need you as our elected representatives to continue to step up.
