Don't allow Jim Jordan to transfer FTC Sherman act/Section 5 authority to DOJ - it will gut the tiny bit of antitrust progress we've made and benefit amazon and pharmacy benefit managers. We desperately need a stronger FTC and antitrust regulation, not a transfer that will destroy efficiency and authority. Please oppose FTC Section 5/Sherman Act changes and protect and strengthen anti-trust at FTC. Something this big shouldnt be shoved into the already controversial budget.
