How is it possible that one rogue President can decide to take the United States out of 66 international organizations? This is insane. Congress (with the power of the purse) has allocated money for these organizations. Surely Congress should be consulted before an action with such global impact is announced and implemented. Donald Trump is out of control. Congress CAN and SHOULD stop him NOW!!!
