It is now confirmed that both El Salvador and the United States of America are dictatorships. The presidents of both countries claim to be powerless to return Abrego Garcia to the US, as directed by the Supreme Court.
They're lying.
One of them is, in theory, the most powerful man in the world. As he destroys America's place in the world, that's probably not true anymore, but he's still powerful. If he wanted to get Garcia back, he would. Or maybe this is a rare instance of him admitting how weak he is.
If Fascism had not taken over the US government, Garcia and the hundreds of other innocent-until-proven-guilty men would never have been deported without due process. If the Trump Administration is so convinced these men are criminals, let them prove it in a court of law.
They can't, because — once again — they're lying.
This is a case of kidnapping. The administration must find a way, despite their incompetence, to return all those men. So my question for you is, what are you doing to make it happen? Or are you Fascist, too?
