Oversite of detention centers

I am deeply concerned that those people held captive in detention centers will eventually be allowed to die in great numbers, will be sent to other places to be killed or may be eventually killed here. Congress must maintain its oversight and visitation rights which I know are being challenged by our current criminal government. What can we do to prevent another genocide here in the USA ?
