Please vote NO on H.R. 3633, the so-called CLARITY Act. It doesn’t deliver oversight—it gives the crypto industry a roadmap to evade meaningful regulation through an SEC “maturity certification” process with standards set by agency rule making and a DeFi exemption that blurs the line with regulated exchanges. It also fails to clearly address anti–money laundering responsibilities under the BSA, leaving retailers exposed while litigation and delays replace real protections. Please do not approve this bill.
