February 25

A February 24, 2026, NPR investigation found that the Justice Department withheld or removed dozens of pages from the public Jeffrey Epstein files database, including about 53 pages of FBI interviews and notes linked to unverified allegations of sexual abuse by President Trump involving a minor in the 1980s. These omissions—despite congressional demands—raise serious questions about DOJ transparency. Federal transparency laws like FOIA and the Epstein Files Transparency Act demand justification for withholdings when challenged, yet key explanations for these materials remain absent. I urge you to demand the immediate release of these records, investigate the basis for their withholding, and ensure full compliance with transparency mandates. No president is above accountability.
