Our Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war in another nation. Not an out of control very unstable POTUS. What he is doing is illegal and immoral, and Congress must act to stop this evil. Even though Maduro has done awful things, we have no right to take over a country. Lines must be drawn now! We cannot let this become the norm.
