The Trump administration is systematically dismantling the federal government's ability to protect Americans. I need you to take immediate action to block further sabotage of essential services and restore funding to agencies that safeguard public health, safety, and our environment. Nuclear stockpile monitoring, cybersecurity, counter-terrorism, vaccination programs, food safety, and clean air and water protections are all being gutted. More than 50 forest service research stations are being eliminated, destroying irreplaceable data and facilities. Public lands are being handed to fossil fuel and mining companies. Meanwhile, billions burn daily on the Iran war while Trump claims we cannot afford daycare, Medicaid, or Medicare. He even bribed offshore windfarm builders almost a billion dollars to stop clean energy construction. The Department of Homeland Security and military are receiving massive funding increases while Kristi Noem wasted over $200 million on self-promotional ads and Pete Hegseth blocks promotions for Black and female officers. Elon Musk's DOGE destroyed USAID, causing tens of thousands of deaths from starvation and preventable disease. This is not incompetence. This is deliberate destruction. Use every tool available to stop it: block appointments, withhold funding, investigate abuses, and restore protections for Americans before the damage becomes irreversible.
