Having viewed public video and read an affidavit from a bystander, the murder of Alex Pretti compels me to write again. Please do not parrot the lies about Alex coming from DHS and others in the Administration. ICE and Border Patrol must be restrained; they are out of control. You have the ability to constrain them by using your budget authority to refuse to pay for the way things are currently being done. Do not fund DHS without massive, measurable reform. Withholding funding until they cease their immoral and illegal activity should not be out of the question.
