Stop the Constitutional illegality around birthright citizenship Sue the U.S. government for the unconstitutionally illegal policy of deporting U.S. citizen children born to undocumented or green card parents. Also stop the deportation of children of military parents born overseas. My daughter was born in the Philippines while I was stationed there. She risks being deported there even though she hasn’t been there since she was 2 years old. She is 43 years old now. She has dual citizenship in both countries, but I’m frightened for her. Please do something!
