According to Reuters, agents to Elon Musk have locked out employees of the U.S. government Human Resources agency and have locked career civil servants out of computer systems that contain the personal data of millions of federal employees, according to two agency officials. No security clearances, no congressional oversight, just in there hacking away. They are going to gut systems that track federal employees and in turn, the services that those employees provide.
