At the Republican convention, Donald Trump bastardized the pledge of allegiance to be a pledge to him. This is not just Trump being Trump, this is the behavior of a dictator. Are you OK with the United States being run by a dictator? It is your job as members of Congress to defend the constitution, protect the people who live here, and defend this country from threats outside and inside. This is a very dangerous path that the United States is currently on. It’s up to you to stand up and defend this nation, the ideals it was built up upon, and the people who live here. It’s time for every senator and representative to stop Trump‘s and his endless grabs for power to become the dictator of the United States of America.
