Nothing is better. Why are you even drawing your salary? In 6 months: American public health and disaster warnings have collapsed; food safety is wrecked and medical research is being cancelled. Our allies hate and mistrust us. Polluters are allowed to pollute and public lands are in jeopardy. Education, the arts, libraries and public broadcasting are being axed. And for what? The deficit was allowed to explode. DOGE did not save money. ICE raids look like a brutal military campaign: Habeas corpus is not safe. Citizens and veterans are being illegally detained without cause. Someday the brutality of detention conditions will bring prosecutions. Meanwhile Congress does what? It cedes its rightful powers, powers enshrined in the constitution, to the executive. It votes to protect those implicated in the Epstein files from exposure. The senate breaks its own rules. Who is getting any benefit from this? A few millionaire oligarchs. Epstein's pedophile co-conspirators. The multiply indicted twice impeached felon president gains power. Private firms that profit from running prisons and concentration camps grab government contracts. This does not make America great. This is a fire sale of assets and a betrayal of our founding laws, principles, rights, and the constitution. Why are you even drawing your salary if you are not doing to carry out your constitutional duties? Shame on Congress.
