Follow AOC's lead and call publicly for Mitch McConnell to resign if he is unable to provide a health update. Old ass geriatric politicians don't deserve to hold onto power if they can't be present to represent their people. We need competent, coherent, and cognizant politicians in office. Make a point to call out that any public official who is unfit to perform their duties should be legally mandated to give up their seat voluntarily. Propose verbally a promise to pass legislation that will kick out a member of Congress if they have been gone for a specific amount of time, the way Oregon did with Republicans who left their seat and abdicated their responsibilities to their constituents. They deserve to be "laid off" for failing to show up for work. McConnell is unfit for office and everyone knows he couldn't string a sentence together publicly if he tried, dude is on deaths door. Put the nail in his proverbial political career now and urge your fellow colleagues to spread the word. The more pressure we put on him, the more likely it is to become a reality.
