The time has come for courageous and decisive action by our democratic leaders to STAND UP AND FIGHT in defense of the rule of law. By defiantly disregarding binding judicial orders, there is a brazen subversion of our government's system of checks and balances that threatens the very foundations of our democracy. Complacency in the face of such constitutional transgressions is unacceptable. Our democratic leaders must STAND UP AND FIGHT to uphold the authority and independence of the federal judiciary, as it is paramount to preserving our republic's sacred commitment to equal justice under the law. Emboldened defiance cannot be allowed to supersede the will of the people as represented through their duly appointed judges. All those committed to safeguarding our nation's cherished democratic principles must unite and STAND UP AND FIGHT against any attempt to undermine the sanctity of our legal system and the sacred separation of powers.
