They serve the American people—not a single individual or political party. The mass removal of experienced professionals threatens national security, economic stability, and the proper functioning of government agencies. I urge you to: 1. Publicly condemn these actions and reaffirm the importance of an independent, nonpartisan civil service. 2. Introduce or support legislation to protect federal workers from politically motivated firings and loyalty tests. 3. Demand transparency and accountability regarding these forced resignations and dismissals. 4. Investigate any unconstitutional overreach that seeks to replace expertise with political loyalty. This is not a partisan issue—it is a threat to the foundations of our democracy. The U.S. government is designed to function through laws and institutions, not the whims of any one leader or unelected private individuals such as Elon Musk, who, as reports suggest, may be exerting undue influence over federal operations.
