Please don’t stand idly by as the president blatantly defies an order from the Supreme Court. He took an oath to the constitution, and so did you, and part of that constitution gives every human in America the right to due process. It also gives Congress and the Supreme Court equal power to the Executive branch— meaning the president has to respect the checks and balances that come in the form of rulings from the Supreme Court. Kilmer Albrego Garcia should not be sitting in an El Salvadoran prison right now. The administration admitted it and SCOTUS said they need to bring him back. If Congress doesn’t hold him to this— who is next? We are turning into Nazi Germany. Please do the right thing.
