I cannot believe or express how angry and disappointed that the Democrats in the Senate turned coat and caved last night. While neither of you voted yes to encourage and be complicit with Trump's plan to take away medical benefits, your lack of leadership and and ability to keep a unified party demonstrates the dysfunction within your party. We were relying on you and you let us down. While McConnell was Senate Leader, he would never have allowed this to happen. He gave you a playbook and path to follow. You keep trying to follow regular rules of order and think these are the normal times that were from 20 years ago. I'm sure Trump and his regime are laughing right now. Do you really believe they'll follow through with a vote? Do you think there's any chance of them voting for this? You gave them a fair and reasonable compromise to simply find the ACA for a year. That was the perfect position and they declined. Let them own the mess they've created.... instead, you bailed them out and blinked I'm so disappointed and angry.
