If you refuse to impeach, convict, and remove President Trump, then at least pretend to do your jobs and reclaim the power you’ve let him stomp all over. If Republicans want Americans to stop despising them, start here:
Fix food prices. Americans shouldn’t need a second job just to buy groceries.
Give us real, affordable healthcare instead of hoarding the good coverage for yourselves.
Stop blowing up boats of terrified civilians under the insulting excuse of “fentanyl.” We’re not idiots.
Quit purging federal employees just because Trump gets paranoid.
Stop abusing the justice system to go after perceived “enemies” like James Comey or Letitia James.
Rehire the federal workers Trump wrongfully axed to feed his vendettas.
Stop gaslighting us about the economy. If things were “great,” people wouldn’t be rationing basics like pencils and kids’ toys.
Knock off the stunt diplomacy—including seizing oil tankers off Venezuela’s coast.
End the ICE dragnets ripping innocent people off the streets like we’re living in a police state.
Stop treating scientists like enemies just because facts get in the way of political theater.
Restore the research grants Trump killed—people are dying waiting for the cures those scientists are working on.
End the idiotic tariffs that jacked up prices for everyone and forced taxpayer bailouts to clean up the mess.
Stop pouring money into Trump’s ridiculous ballroom and start helping the actual human beings who live in this country.
Bring back the Inspectors General Trump fired because they were doing their jobs too well.
Restore funding for NPR and PBS. Cutting off public information isn’t “fiscal responsibility”; it’s cowardice.
Obey the courts and the Constitution. If that’s too much to ask, resign.
