Remove or recuse the judges in the Fifth Circuit. They have shown a willingness to throw away precedent when it comes to disfavored speech, and care nothing about strict scrutiny or the First Amendment. It's because of them that Texas' age verification law is being considered at the corrupt Supreme court and I have absolutely no faith that they will uphold precedent. Even though age verification is insecure, invasive and censorious, the Fifth Circuit, Texas and the six conservative judges of the Supreme Court seem to be working in tandem to overturn precedent yet again. Urge them to either uphold precedent or remove themselves before a judgment is made. With so many threats to free speech and expression happening simultaneously I cannot afford to trust in the shaky foundation of these corrupted institutions.
