I'm deeply alarmed and disturbed by Trump's reckless and thoughtless threats of a strike on Iran. It is clearly an attempt to distract from his failures and criminality, and we cannot, should not, and must not stand for it. The vast majority of Americans and I reject another endless war in the Middle East. You have a constitutional duty as members of Congress to determine whether the US goes to war -- I expect you to do so, and support the War Powers Resolution and any other means to stop Trump's attempts to gin up war with Iran or anywhere else.
